Sandhawalia , Chief Justice (Oral) The counsel for the respondents-State has informed that the appellant has been placed under suspension by the Director General of Police on 16.02.2026 on account of non-joining of duties at the transferred station. 2. Counsel for the appellant does not want to press the present appeal against the order passed by the learned Single Judge in CWP No. 2290 of 2025, decided on 16.09.2025, whereby the transfer order of the appellant was upheld and wishes to withdraw the present appeal to seek favourable response from the respondents-department on account of the fact that it is a couple case who were posted together at Nurpur and have a minor child. 2 2026:HHC:5872 3.
