The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the petition and direct the respondent to decide the representation (Annexure P/6 & P/7) and allow him to appear in interview if found illegible, in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner pursuant to the advertisement dated 08.09.2021 has submitted her application for appointment on the post of Professor (Microbiology). Thereafter, the respondents have fixed the date and time schedule for verification of the 2 documents of the applicants in which, petitioner was not given any information through letter etc. However, it was informed that the petitioner along with other candidates were given information online, but due to some network issue, petitioner could not be able to take note of the date for her appearance before the authorities for getting the documents verified and accordingly, the petitioner has been ousted from the proceedings of selection. Petitioner submitted a representation before the authorities pleading all the facts in this regard on 16.12.2024 and thereafter, on 10.09.2025, however, the Respondent No. 2 has not taken any decision on the representation and therefore, direction be issued to the concerned authority to take decision on the representation of the petitioner at the earliest. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the Respondent No. 2 submits that the Respondent No. 2 after processing the application submitted by the concerned applicants have intimated all of them by way fo paper publication and further by sending uploading information online also, in the portal of the Respondent No. 2. He further submits that as petitioner is only praying for taking decision on the representation, it will be considered in accordance with law, if already not decided. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents enclosed along with the writ petition. 5. On due consideration of the submission of counsel for the respective parties, facts and circumstances of the case, nature of grievance raised by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of at this stage, with a direction to the Respondent No. 2 to take decision on the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 16.12.2024 (Annexure P/6) and 10.09.2025 (Annexure P/7) in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 02 weeks from the date of receipt of the order, if already not decided. 3 6.
