Mr. Ashwini Bhushan, learned A.C. to Sr. SC-II has appeared and submitted that the judgment passed by this Court has been complied with and hence he may be permitted to file the show cause regarding the compliance of the order dated 11.02.2026 passed by this Court. 2. Under the circumstances, the show-cause filed by learned AC to Sr. SC-II is accepted. 3. It appears from the paragraph 6, 7 and 8 and Annexure-A and Annexure-B series of the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite parties that the arrears of N.P.A. (Non Practicing Allowance) has been paid to the writ petitioner and vide letter no.98 dated 02.03.2026 issued by District Ayush Medical Officer, Deoghar has intimated the Deputy Secretary, Health, Medical Education and Family Welfare Department, Government of Jharkhand, it reveals that the bills with regard to N.P.A. (Non Practicing Allowance) of 2026:JHHC:10158 the petitioner for the period 26.05.1998 till 31.05.2000 had been presented to the Treasury and the same has been duly paid to the petitioner, which is enclosed in the Annexure-B series of the show cause. 4. It is further submitted that a copy of the show cause has also been served upon the learned counsel for the petitioner earlier. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the order has been complied with and he has no grievance against the opposite parties for the present. 6. Under the circumstance, the contempt proceeding is closed and dropped against the opposite parties. 7. Accordingly, this Contempt Case (Civil) No.583 of 2025 stands disposed of. (Sanjay Prasad, J.)
