2. The present petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s)-
“10.1) This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to declare said chapter 3 part 4 clause 3 of the “The Chhattisgarh Dharma Swatantraya Vidheyak 2026” unconstitutional and stuck down the same. 10.2) Any other relief or relief(s) which this Hon’ble Court may think proper in view of the facts and circumstances of the case may also kindly be granted.”
3. As vide order dated 24-04-2026 we have already dismissed WPC No.1960 of 2026 being premature one and the present petition is squarely covered by the same order, the present petition is liable to be dismissed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that he has filed I.A. No.01/2026 for withdrawal of the present petition.
5. In view of the above, I.A. No.01/2026 is allowed and the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh petition as and when occasion arises.
