Public Prosecutor https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRL OP No. 6920 of 2026 __________ Page2 of 4 ORDER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent Police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.97 of 2025 before the jurisdictional Court. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the investigation in this case is almost completed and within a period of three months final report will be filed. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court directs the second respondent Police to complete the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.97 of 2025 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
