Application has been filed by the petitioner for seeking correction in order dated 13.08.2025 earlier passed by this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.10683/2008. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to clerical and typographical mistake, father's name of the petitioner came to be mentioned as 'Ram Singh' instead of 'Ran Singh'. Petitioner has also placed on record copies of identity card of the petitioner, wherein his father's name has been shown as 'Ran Singh'. [2026:RJ-JP:25222] (2 of 2) [WMAP-365/2026] 3. Learned counsel submits that on account of typographical error in framing the cause title by the petitioner, same was also reflected in the order of this Court dated 13.08.2025. Hence, a prayer has been made by the petitioner for making correction in the name of the father of the petitioner in order dated 13.08.2025. He has also placed on record the amended cause title. 4. In view of the contents of application, same is allowed. 5. Thus, the father's name of the petitioner, on the basis of statement made in the application, and identity card placed by the petitioner on record is permitted to be changed from 'Ram Singh' to 'Ran Singh'. 6. Amended cause title is also taken on record. 7. This order shall be treated as part and parcel of order dated 13.08.2025. 8. Accordingly, application stands disposed of. (ANAND SHARMA),J 199/DIVYA
