(2) Petitioner moved an application seeking transfer of appeal, filed under Section 210 of Land Revenue Act, 1901, from the Court of Assistant Collector to the Court of Collector. The said application was rejected by Assistant Collector, 1st Class, Bazpur, vide order dated 9.9.2019, which is under challenge in this writ petition. (3) This Court do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order. Assistant Collector has given valid reasons and has referred to relevant gazette notifications, whereby Assistant Collector, was authorised to hear such appeals. (4) The record reveals that twice opportunity was given to petitioner for removing defect by Registrar (Judicial), first on 5.3.2020 and thereafter on 19.3.2020. Thereafter this Court also granted two weeks time for curing the defect, vide order dated 16.6.2020, however the defect could not be cured. (5) Since there is no infirmity in the impugned order, therefore, writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
