Office objection is overruled. Learned High Court Government Pleader takes notice for both the respondents.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that despite there being a decree in favour of the petitioner in terms of the compromise petition filed by the parties before the learned 7th Additional Senior Civil Judge and JMFC,

Bengaluru Rural District, in O.S.No.609/2025 and the defendants clearly stating that the defendants have no objection for setting aside the revenue entries standing in the name of the defendants in M.R.No.H.12/2011-12 and that they have no objection for the revenue entries being made in the name of the plaintiffs and the petitioners giving a representation to the Tahsildar at Annexure-F dated 09.11.2025, no orders have been passed by the Tahsildar, Bengaluru North Taluk.

Consequently, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent-Tahsildar, Bengaluru North Taluk to proceed to enter the name of the plaintiffs in the revenue entries or in favour of any one of the plaintiffs, if there is no objection from the plaintiffs in O.S.No.609/2025. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this
order.

4. This Court has passed an
order in W.P.No.2720/2026 dated 10.02.2026, having regard to the provisions of the Karnataka Sakaala Services Act, 2011 and costs of Rs.500/- is levied on the respondent- Tahsildar, Bengaluru North Taluk, payable to the petitioners since the Tahsildar has failed to provide guarantee of services to the petitioners therein within the stipulated time limit in terms of the provisions of Act,
2011. Accordingly, costs of Rs.500/- is levied on the respondent-Tahsildar, in the present case also. The costs shall be paid along with the copy of the order that would be furnished by the respondent-Tahsildar to the petitioners.
5. Learned High Court Government Pleader is permitted to file memo of appearance within a period of four weeks from today.
