The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Keredari P.S. Case No.154 of 2025 for the alleged offences registered under Sections 25 (1-A), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of C.L.A. Act pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Hazaribag. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that on the basis of confidential information the petitioner has been apprehended along with co-accused persons in between Keredari-Bundu Road at village Siroiya. He further submits that from the possession of the petitioner only mobile phone has been recovered. He then submits that two of the accused 2026:JHHC:1226 --2-- B.A. No. 11375 of 2025 persons from whose possession 03 cartridges and loaded country-made pistol have been recovered, have been granted regular bail by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in B.A. Nos.11673 of 2025 and 11409 of 2025. He next submits that the petitioner is in custody since 22.09.2025. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the petitioner was apprehended along with two of the co-accused persons. 5. Considering that arms have been recovered from two of the accused persons and they have been granted regular bail by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in the aforesaid B.As. and only mobile phone has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and the petitioner is in custody since 22.09.2025, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Hazaribag in connection with Keredari P.S.
