By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking following reliefs:- “10. Relief Sought. I. That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to quash the order dated 16/04/2026 passed by the respondent no. 5 whereby the charge has been handed over to the respondent no. 6. II. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to Quash the order dated 15/04/2026 passed by the respondent no. 3 whereby the respondent no. 3 has terminated the work assigned to the petitioner. III. Cost of the petition. IV. Any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court deems, fit in the facts and circumstances may also be granted in favour of the petitioner.” 2. Learned State Counsel submits that there is an alternate remedy available to file an appeal under Clause 18(2) of the Chhattisgarh Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016 and the petitioner has to avail the said remedy before the concerned Authority. 3. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail the alternate remedy by filing an appeal before the concerned Authority under Clause 18(2) of the Chhattisgarh Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016. 4. In view of above, the instant petition stands disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to avail the said alternate remedy under the law before the concerned Authority. 3 5. In the event of filing an appeal, the concerned Authority is directed to consider and decide the same in accordance with applicable law/rules, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
