For the State : Mr. Vandana Bharti, A.P.P. ------ 03/ 04.02.2026 This petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 13.10.2025, passed in A.B.A. No. 5970 of 2025 by this court. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that due to severe back pain, he was advised for the complete bed rest and to buttress his argument, he refers to Annexure-2 of the petition. He submits that further two weeks’ time may kindly be allowed to the petitioner to surrender before the learned court. 3. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State submits that in spite of the privilege of anticipatory bail, provided to the petitioner, the petitioner has not surrendered before the learned court. 4. Considering that the anticipatory bail has already been provided in favour of the petitioner, however, he has not been able to surrender within the stipulated period, due to the reason recorded in the submission of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and as such further two weeks from today is extended to the petitioner to surrender before the learned court. 5. The order dated 13.10.2025, passed in A.B.A. No. 5970 of 2025 by this court is modified to the above extent and the rest of the conditions are kept intact. 6.
