Parasar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 2. This is an application filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of pre-arrest bail to the accused applicant Sri Babul Gogoi @ Bablu in connection with Page No.# 2/2 Silapathar P.S. Case No.98/2026 under Section 325/238 of the BNS read with Section 13 of the Assam Cattle Preservation Act, 2021. 3. The accused applicant has been granted interim pre-arrest bail vide order dated 22.06.2026. It has been submitted that the accused applicant has already appeared before the Investigating Authority in terms of the aforesaid order dated 22.06.2026 and got his statement recorded. 4. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the accused applicant submits that the interim pre-arrest bail granted earlier to the accused applicant should be made absolute. 5. Mr. K.K. Parasar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits the accused applicant has already appeared before the Investigatnig Authority and got his statement recorded. 6. In view of the aforesaid, the interim pre-arrest bail granted on 22.06.2026 is hereby made absolute with the same terms and conditions. 7. Anticipatory Bail application stands disposed of.
