Conspectus of facts in the present Writ Petition is that, despite the petitioner’s complaint to the police personnel, the respondent police are not acting upon the same by registering an FIR, thereby lodging criminal proceedings 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home basing on the Written Instructions dated 30.03.2026 of the Inspector of Police, Pithapuram Circle submits that police registered two (2) FIRs in Crime No.231 of 2025 of Pithapuram Town Police Station 4 and Crime No.540 of 2024 of Sarvaram Police Station against the petitioner herein, after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed on 30.11.2025. 4. At that juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the factum of registration of FIRs against the petitioner. 5. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the Writ Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is liberty to workout legal remedies in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
