Instant Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
“to issue a Writ order or orders more particularly one in the nature of the Writ of Mandamus by declaring the inaction of the respondent No.4 in registering the a First Information Report (FIR) based on the Petitioners written complaint dated 15/12/2025 against certain accused persons as illegal arbitrary and violation of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution and also a violation of Section 154 of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973 / Section 1731 in Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023 and the orders of the Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs Govt. of U. P. and Ors consequently direct the respondent no 4 to register a First Information Report (FIR) based on the petitioners written complaint dated 15/12/2025 against certain accused persons for their illegal highhanded and unauthorised interference in the management of the said Waqf institution which amounts to criminal trespass intimidation breach of trust and other cognizable offences and to pass”. 2. Conspectus of facts in the present Writ Petition is that, despite the petitioner’s complaint to the police personnel, the
4 respondent police are not acting upon the same by registering an FIR, thereby lodging criminal proceedings

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home basing on the Written Instructions dated 19.01.2026 of the Inspector of Police, Madanapalle II Town Police Station, Annamayya District submits that basing on the petitioner's complaint, police registered FIR in Crime No.6 of 2026 of Madanapalle II Town Police Station, Annamayya District and the investigation is going on. 4. At that juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the factum of registration of FIR. 5. Recording the submission made by learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
