Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the first respondent and the learned Government Advocate (Civil) for the impleaded seventh respondent. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the seventh respondent/ Tahsildhar, Senkottai, is directed to survey the property in the presence of the petitioner as well as the private respondents, after issuing notice to all the parties.
