The applicant, who is in custody since 30.05.2024, has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with Dhalbhumgarh, P.S. Case No.05/2024 (S.T. Case No.453/2024) registered for the offence under Sections 341, 324, 326, 307 and 302 IPC, pending in the court of Addl. Sessions Judge-I, Ghatshila. 3. Innocence has been claimed and participation in the trial has been assured. It has been submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against this applicant and further no incriminating articles have been recovered from the conscious possession of the applicant. It has been further submitted that four witnesses have already been examined and there is previous enmity and as such, false implication cannot not be ruled out. On the above basis, prayer for bail has been made. 4. On the other hand, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and it has been submitted that there is eye witness to the incident. 5. Considering the material available on the record, I am not inclined to enlarge the applicant (s) on bail at this stage. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the applicant(s) stands rejected.
