The petitioner is an accused in connection with Chowka P.S. Case No.21/2023. It has been alleged that the accused persons have committed murder of the sister and brother-in-law of the informant. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 12.09.2025. It has further been submitted that in similar circumstances one of the co-accused, namely, Rohidas Munda has been granted bail in B.A. No. 722 of 2024. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the fact that the case of the petitioner appears to be similar to that of the co-accused who has been granted bail, as noted above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III- cum-Special Judge Crime Against Woman, Seraikella in connection with MCRA No. 1269 of 2025, arising out of Chowka P.S.
