Nos. 1-35 and 1-36 situated in Sy. No. 81 -3A in Seethanagaram Village and Mandal, East Godavari District as wholly illegal, arbitrary and unjust and consequently direct the respondents Nos. 3 and 4 not to make any constructions in the subject land. 2. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for the Panchayat Raj and Rural Development is present. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and filed a memo dated 01.09.2026 to that effect. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.
