The relevant order-sheets have been placed on record. 2. Having heard counsel for petitioner, without entering into merits/demerits of the civil suit, instant writ petition stands disposed of with observation/direction that if the suit is pending at the stage of hearing final arguments since 10.09.2024, it is expected that the trial Court shall hear and decide the suit [2026:RJ-JP:25036] (2 of 2) [CW-8157/2026] expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of passing of this order. 3.
