02/ 19.01.2026: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the informant.
2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Keredari P.S. Case No. 106 of 2025, registered under sections 190, 191(2), 126(2), 117(2), 118(2), 326 (g), 109 of BNS, 2023 pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Hazaribagh.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. He further submits that son of the informant has received injury due to assault made by one Arvind Saw and so far this petitioner is concerned, there is general and omnibus allegation. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail.

Learned counsels for the State and informant jointly oppose the prayer and submit that injury received by the son of the informant has been found to be grievous in nature.

Looking into contents of F.I.R, it transpires that the son of the informant has received injury due to assault made by one Arvind Saw and so far this petitioner is concerned, there is general and omnibus allegation and further it has been pointed out that there is case and counter case between

In the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the above named, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of his surrender / arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Hazaribagh, in connection with Keredari P.S. Case No. 106 of 2025, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of B.N.S.S, 2023.
