The instant bail application has been preferred by the petitioner for grant of regular bail for the offences registered under Sections 70(1), 308(2), 115(2), 351(2) of the BNS in connection with S.T Case No. 317 of 2025 arising out of Rajmahal PS Case No. 231 of 2025 corresponding to GR No. 524 of 2025 pending in the Court of learned District & Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum-Spl. Court, C.A.W, Rajmahal. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been roped in this case as he saw the informant indulged in illicit relation with other and when he opposed, the informant has lodged the present case against him. He further submits that during investigation place of occurrence was shown at Mahuwabagan but the informant shows the same near about her house which falsifies case against the petitioner. 4. Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 5. Having regard to the gravity of the offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail and accordingly, prayer for the bail of the petitioner is rejected, at this stage. However, the petitioner would at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after four months. 7. Accordingly, the instant bail application stands dismissed.
