The coordinate Bench has already granted an interim bail to the present applicant on 29.07.2022, which still continues. The offence is admittedly punishable for less than seven years. In connected C482 No.1435 of 2021, trial court proceeding is already stayed. 5. Mr. Aditya Singh, learned counsel for the complainant argued that the applicant have the criminal antecedents of many cases in every part of the country, therefore, the interim bail granted to him shall not continue. 6. On this, learned counsel for the applicant argued that in reference to the criminal antecedents as on date there are no criminal antecedents since in all the cases the closure report has already been filed. 7.
