Hussain, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the accused- applicant. Also heard Mr. D.P. Goswami, learned Addl. P.P., representing the State as well as Mr. M. Seikh, learned counsel for the respondent no. 2. This is an application filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023, praying for grant of pre-arrest bail to the accused-applicant in connection with Matia P.S. Case No. 50/2026, registered under Sections 74/75(2) of the BNS, 2023, read with Section 8/12 of the POCSO Act. Mr. Goswami, learned Addl. P.P., submits that Charge-sheet in the instant case has been filed, vide Charge-sheet No. 63/2026 dated 18.07.2026. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel appearing for the accused- applicant submits that liberty should be granted to him to approach the jurisdictional court for appropriate relief. In view of the aforesaid submission, the instant bail application is disposed of with liberty granted to the accused-applicant to approach the jurisdictional court for any relief, if so advised.
