Education Act, 1982 and the A.P. The petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of respondent No.2 in permitting the petitioner to participate in the web-counselling for the M.C.A. Course. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the competent authority of respondent No.5 has granted affiliation for conducting M.B.A. and M.C.A. Courses for the academic year 2026-27. It is submitted that the petitioner-College was included for web- counselling, pursuant to the affiliation granted by respondent No.5. 3. It is submitted that the Registrar of respondent No.5 had also addressed a communication dated 24.08.2026 to respondent No.2, duly informing the latter with regard to the affiliation granted to the petitioner-College for intake of students into the M.C.A. Course. It is submitted that the first phase of web-counselling was completed on 08.09.2026 and that the second phase of web-counselling is shortly to commence. 4. The learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondent No.2 submits that respondent No.2 would facilitate the participation of the petitioner-College in the web-counselling for intake of students into the M.C.A. Course. 5. Considering the submissions made and the correspondence addressed by the Registrar of respondent No.5, respondent No.2 is hereby directed to facilitate the petitioner-College to participate in the second 4 phase of web-counselling for admission of students into the M.C.A. Course. 6. With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed off. There shall be no order as to costs.
