By means of this application, the Petitioner seeks the intervention of this Court for a direction to the Opposite Party No.2 i.e. the Superintendent of Police, Kendrapara to take appropriate steps by registering the complaint of the Petitioner as FIR and to proceed with the investigation. 3. Having heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Addl. Govt. Advocate, it emerges from the complaint that the matter in question is apparently subject matter of dispute of ownership of house. Keeping in view the aforesaid nature of the complaint, while this Court is not inclined to pass any direction, the Petitioner is at liberty to p. 2 redress his grievance by way of complaint, if any, before the Jurisdictional Magistrate. 4.
