The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Cyber P.S. Case No.151 of 2025 for the alleged offences registered under Sections 77, 78 & 79 of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 66(C), 67 & 67(A) of the I.T. Act pending in the Court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has nothing to do with the allegation made of making video viral of the informant. He further submits that the video has been made viral by one Vinod Kumar Das. He then submits that in course of the investigation, name of the petitioner has surfaced and according to him, he is also cooperating in the investigation. On these grounds, his anticipatory bail application may kindly be granted. ( 2026:JHHC:3241 ) --2-- granted. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State and Informant jointly oppose the prayer and submits that the allegations are there of making video viral of the informant. 5. Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that in paragraph-37 of the case diary, it has come that by the sim card of the petitioner, such video and e-mail was made viral and the allegations are there of making the personal video of the informant and threatening to made viral the video. 5. Friendship is one of the aspects, however, privacy and dignity of a women being made viral that is another aspect. Allegations are thereof, making personal video viral of the informant, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
