He however submits that petitioner be permitted to submit a fresh representation before the respondents No.2 & 3 and direction be issued to the concerned authority to consider and take decision on the representation to be submitted by the petitioner at the earliest within a specific time period. 2. Counsel for the respondent-State submits that he has no objection to the limited prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner. 3.
