The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Mandu (WB) P.S. Case No. 273 of 2024, registered for the offence under Sections 103, 238 and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ramgarh. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the deceased has been strangulated by her husband and thereafter she has died. He next submits that even the clothes, by which, she has been strangulated has been recovered on the pointing out of one Pradeep Kumar Nishad. He further submits that only allegation is made against the petitioner that the petitioner has arranged the Ambulance after taking the amount of Rs. 15000/- to send the dead body of the deceased to the native place. 4. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has opposed the prayer and submits that the petitioner has arranged the Ambulance for sending the dead body of the deceased after taking certain money. 5. Considering that only allegation against the petitioner is [2026:JHHC:9091] -2- that of arranging the Ambulance for sending the dead body of the deceased to the native place after taking certain money and allegation of strangulation is made against the husband of the deceased, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to surrender before the learned court within four weeks from today and in the event of her surrender / arrest, the petitioner, named above, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty-five thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ramgarh, in connection with Mandu (WB) P.S.
