Sri Medisi Ratna Rao, learned counsel for the Petitioner/Accused No.1, submits that the Petitioner/Accused No.1 is innocent of the alleged offence and has been falsely implicated by the police. He is a law-abiding citizen and the sole breadwinner of his family. The Petitioner/Accused No.1 undertakes to strictly adhere to any conditions that may be imposed by this Court. In light of the foregoing submissions the learned counsel prays that the present petition be allowed in the interest of justice. 3. Per contra, Mr. A. Sai Rohith, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, vehemently opposed the grant of bail to the Petitioner and submitted that, though the charge sheet has already been filed, the allegations against the Petitioner are well founded. Hence, he prayed that the Criminal Petition be dismissed. 3 Dr.YLR,J Crl.P.No.5183 of 2026 Dated 08.09.2026 4. Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. Perused the record. 5. On perusal of the record, this is the fifth bail application filed by the petitioner. This Court, in Crl.P.No.8035 of 2025 vide order dated 08.10.2025, Crl.P.No.10978 of 2025 vide order dated 26.11.2025, Crl.P.No.12379 of 2025 vide order dated 09.12.2025, and Crl.P.No.544 of 2026 vide order dated 04.02.2026, dismissed the four earlier bail applications filed by the petitioner along with other accused. The charge sheet was filed on 10.10.2025, which has been numbered as NSC.No.453 of 2025. The Petitioner was found in possession of 110.64 kilograms of ganja, which is not only a commercial quantity but also a colossal quantity. The petitioner was arrested on 16.06.2025 and has been in judicial custody for the past 449 days. There has been no change of circumstances from the date of dismissal of the earlier bail applications till the date of filing of the present bail application. 6. The petitioner/Accused No.1 has also failed to mention the details of the earlier bail applications, making it impossible to ascertain whether there has been any change in circumstances. The petitioner has not come forward with the true facts of the bail applications. For the foregoing reasons, the Criminal Petition is liable to be dismissed. 7.
