At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has submitted representation to respondents, i.e. to Secretary Jal Shakti Vibhag, to the Government of Himachal Pradesh in February, 2026, copy whereof has been placed on record as Annexure P-7, with further submission that petitioner would be satisfied in case a direction is given to the respondents to decide the representation of petitioner in a time bound manner. 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the Judgment? Yes

3. Learned Deputy Advocate General submits that respondents- authority shall decide the representation as expeditiously as possible within the time granted by the Court.
4. In view of above, present petition is disposed of with direction to Secretary Jal Shakti Vibhag, to the Government of Himachal Pradesh to decide the representation pending before him, submitted by the petitioner in February, 2026, on or before 30th June, 2026, by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving due opportunity of hearing to stake holders including the petitioner. Decision so taken shall be communicated to the petitioner immediately.
5. Needless to say that petitioner shall be at liberty to avail appropriate remedy for redressal of surviving grievance, if any, after passing of appropriate order by the competent Authority in the aforesaid terms.
