The instant writ petition has been filed inter alia for the following relief : "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents no.2 and 3 to decide petitioner's representations dated 05.02.2026 (Annexure No.2 to the writ petition) by an speaking and reasoned order within a stipulated period of time. (ii) Award the cost of the writ petition to the petitioner as against the respondents." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer for a direction to the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 05.02.2026 within the stipulated period. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending consideration. 5. Considering the factual aspect of the issue involved, without adverting into the merit of the case and with the consent of the Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : I.N. And 16 Others .....Respondent(s) parties, the instant writ petition stands disposed of with an observation that the representation of the petitioner dated 05.02.2026 may be considered and decided by the respondent- Authority, in accordance with law, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order after giving opportunity of hearing to all the stakeholders.
