By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for the following reliefs:- “(i) That the decision of Board of Directors vide Item No. 151.02, dated 22.03.2022, (Annexure P-2), may kindly be held as illegal and contrary to the settled position of Law for denying the benefits of the petitioner from the due date and the same may kindly be quashed and set aside. (ii) That the respondents may kindly be directed to pay the arrears of revision of pay scale w.e.f. 01.01.2016 to 31.05.2022 with interest @ 9% per annum from the due date till the date of its realization..” 2.
