Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus, declaring the high-handed action of the official respondents in registering, and threatening to register, multiple criminal cases against the petitioner on the basis of false and fabricated complaints, which are purely civil/commercial in nature, submitted by the unofficial respondents, without considering the petitioners complaints dated 07.07.2026 and 10.07.2026, and illegally interfering petitioner life and liberty in civil/commercial disputes with a view to settling private scores, as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional , and in gross violation of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India, and in clear violation of the law laid down by the Honble Supreme Court in Indian Oil Corporation v. NEPC India Ltd. (2006) 6 SCC 736, Shailesh Kumar Singh @ Shailesh R. Singh v. State of Uttar Pradesh (2025) INSC 869, and T.T. Antony v. State of Kerala 2001 Cri LJ 3329 and Consequently direct the Respondent No.2 and all police authorities subordinate to him not to initiate, register, entertain, or pursue any further FIRs, complaints,

summons, notices, or coercive proceedings against the petitioner arising out of the same transaction, contractual relationship, or cause of action, except by strictly following the procedure established by law, further direct the respondents to forthwith consider and take appropriate action on the petitioner complaints dated 07.07.2026 and 10.07.2026 against Respondent Nos.7 and 8 and other persons involved, in accordance with law, further direct the respondents to immediately recover and restore to the petitioner all laptops, computers, mobile phones, cash, cheque books, hard disks, confidential business records, client data, documents, stamp papers, and other valuable articles allegedly seized or taken away from the petitioner office without authority of law, further direct the respondents not to interfere with the petitioner lawful business activities, office operations, employees, clients, family members, and personal liberty except in accordance with due process of law and pass such other IA NO: 1 OF 2026 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased may be pleased to direct the Respondent Police Authorities, particularly Respondent Nos. 2 to 6, not to take any coercive steps against the petitioner, including summoning, detention, arrest, surveillance, harassment, interference with the petitioner's business operations, employees, clients, family members, reputation, life, or personal liberty, except in strict compliance with the procedure established by law; further direct the respondents to forthwith return and restore possession of the articles mentioned in paragraph 17 of the affidavit, which were illegally taken away by Respondent No. 8 and his subordinates on 10.07.2026, in terms of the judgment passed by the Division Bench of the Nagpur Bench of the Bombay High Court by order dated 03.07.2026 in Khushbu and Another v.
