The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Bhajanagar P.S. Case No.400 of 2017 corresponding to G.R. Case No.779 of 2017 registered for the alleged commission of the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/324/307/34 of the IPC, pending in the Court of the learned S.D.J.M., Bhanjanagar, District- Ganjam. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instruction from the petitioners, submits that except the present bail application, no other bail application of the petitioners is pending in any other Court relating to the aforesaid F.I.R. 4. After investigation, the charge sheet has been filed in the present case on 23.04.2018 showing the petitioners as absconders. The F.I.R. was registered in the year 2017 and the anticipatory bail application has been filed only on 23.02.2026. 5. Since the petitioners were absconding, I am not inclined to entertain the present bail application at this stage. However, the petitioners are directed to surrender before the trial Court on or before 15.05.2026 and move regular bail application. If such bail application is filed before the trial Court, the same shall be considered on its merit in accordance with law on the same day by the courts below. 6.
