Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the averments made in the writ petition, the same would indicate that the petitioner has not challenged the original Award and instead, she is challenging the auction proceedings as per the impugned Sale Notice issued - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:14010 WP NO.5478 OF 2026 by the respondent No.2.
