------ 02/ 21.04.2026: It is the grievance of the petitioner that in the digital format of Register-II, which maintains the record of rights, some discrepancy has crept but there is no discrepancy in the physical register. He submits that the respondent should correct the same, so entries in both the digital and the traditional register matches.
2. Considering the said submission, I direct the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer by filing a representation within a period of four weeks from today.
3. On such representation, the Circle Officer will consider the case of the petitioner and will pass an appropriate order within a period of eight weeks thereafter and if it is found that that there is any discrepancy in the online register, the same will be corrected.
4. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
