The averments made in the affidavit clearly indicate that the second respondent is putting up a septic tank in a private property. 3. If at all the petitioner has got any grievance, the petitioner has to approach the competent civil Court for redressal of the grievance. 4. With the above said observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
