1. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:-
“10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased
to
issue
appropriate direction(s)/writ(s)/order(s) to respondent authorities to consider the case of the petitioner and release the house rent allowance of 68 months worth of Rs. 5,40,000/- in the interest of justice. 2 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authority to take appropriate decision/order in the representation preferred by the petitioner on dated 16.11.2024, in the interest of justice. 10.3 Any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper according to the facts and circumstances of the case along with the cost of the petition.”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not being paid the house rent allowance for 68 months. Petitioner submitted representation in this regard, however, the same was not considered and decided and therefore, direction be issued to the Respondent No. 3 to consider and take decision on the representation at the earliest. He also submits that he may be permitted to submit fresh representation before the Respondents No. 2 & 3 and direction be issued to the Respondent No. 2 & 3 to consider and take decision on the representation at the earliest within specified time frame. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the Respondents/State would submit that as petitioner is not pressing this writ petition on merits and is only seeking a direction to the Respondents No. 2 & 3 to consider and take decision on the representation, she is having no objection to the limited prayer. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents placed on record. 5. On due consideration of the submission of counsel for the respective parties, facts and circumstances of the case, nature of grievance raised by the petitioner, without entering into the merits of the claim of petitioner, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit fresh comprehensive representation with all supporting documents before the Respondents No. 2 & 3 and in the event petitioner submits such representation, Respondents No. 2 & 3 shall consider and take
3 decision on the representation in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of 02 months from the date of receipt of order. 6.
6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition stands
