The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner belongs to a political party and that the accused person has tarnished the petitioner’s reputation and is demanding money to refrain from making false allegations against him. 3. This Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to conduct a proper investigation into the petitioner’s complaint in CSR No. 768 of 2025 dated 27.09.2025.
