1. In response to the Order dated 21st April, 2025 the parties appeared before us. Learned Counsel for the Respondent - BMC submits that the cognizance has already been taken under section 53(1) of the Brihan Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act, 1888 (for short “the BMC Act”).

Learned Counsel who appears for the Respondent No. 10-Owner submits that he has already received the Notice and also applied for regularization under the regulations/policies as enunciated by the Corporation.
3. Considering the Interim Order as accorded by this Court, we expect the proceedings must be finalized expeditiously. 4. The Writ Petition is Disposed Of in the above terms.
5. We direct that until disposal of the proceedings as indicated above, parties shall maintain status quo as granted by the earlier Order of this Court dated 21st April, 2025 (supra).
