Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record. 2. Ten Health Assistants (Female) have approached this Court alleging that the representation filed by them has not been considered by the authority. 3. The representation appears to have been forwarded via electronic mail on 31st March, 2026 and the writ petition has been affirmed on the selfsame date. 4. The allegation of the petitioners that the respondents did not consider the representation does not appear to be true. Prior to making such bald allegation by swearing affidavit, the petitioners ought to have given reasonable time to the respondent authority to respond to the representation submitted by them. 5. The representation and the writ petition appear to have been prepared simultaneously. On one 2 hand the representation had been forwarded via electronic mail and on the other the writ petition had been affirmed. The petitioners have not given the minimum time to the respondent authority to consider the representation allegedly filed by them. 6. In view of the above, the writ petition cannot be entertained and the same stands dismissed. 7. It will be open for the respondents to consider the representation filed by the petitioners in accordance with law. 8. All parties shall act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. 9. Urgent photocopy of the certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities. (Amrita Sinha, J.)
