Learned counsel further submits that in compliance of the said order dated 30.04.2025, the respondents have decided the representation against the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present contempt petition with liberty to avail alternate remedy in accordance with law. Permission sought for is granted. Accordingly, the present civil contempt petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to avail alternate remedy in accordance with law. Pending application(s), if any, stands disposed of.
