He has also sought a direction to the University to permit the petitioner to participate in the second and third counselling. (3) Learned State Counsel submits that the counselling was in respect of admission in Academic Session 2018-19. He submits that we are presently in Academic Session 2026- 27. Thus he submits that the relief as claimed in the writ petition do not survive. (4) This Court finds substance in the submission made by learned State Counsel. Writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.
