1. Mr. Raheja, learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 1 to 5, at the outset, has submitted an Affidavit tendering an unconditional apology to the Court for delay in making the payment of amounts which were due and payable under the Consent Terms dated 19 th December, 2024. He submits that this Court may accept the apology and further points out that his clients have since made the payments, all that remains is deposit of amount of Rs. 32,46,278/- as TDS which he undertakes to pay. 2. Mr. Naphade, learned counsel for the Petitioner does not dispute that the amounts have been paid to his client, save and except for an amount of TDS.
3. Given this, I find nothing would survive in the Contempt Petition.
4. On the Affidavit being filed, the Court accepts the apology being tendered. This puts an end to the present Petition.
5. Contempt Petition is disposed of.
6. All remedies that may be available in the execution are expressly kept open.
7. Notice is discharged.
