This is an application filed under Section 483 BNSS praying for grant of bail to the accused applicant Ali Hussain, in connection with Lakhipur P.S. Case No.75/2026 under Sections 140(3)/64/3(5) of BNS read with Sections 4/6 of POCSO Act. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that charge-sheet in the same case has already been filed vide Charge-Sheet No.112/2026 dated 17.07.2026. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the accused applicant submits that he should be allowed to approach the appropriate Court for appropriate remedy. The instant bail application is accordingly disposed of with liberty to the accused applicant to approach the jurisdictional Court for appropriate remedy. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
