Learned advocate representing the Sahajadapur Gram Panchayat submits, upon instruction that, the objection filed by the petitioner alleging unauthorized construction was considered and on detection of unauthorized construction the matter has been referred to the Sub-Divisional Officer for taking further necessary steps in the matter. 2. Learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that the Pradhan has failed to identify the subject land where the unauthorized construction has been made. 3. It appears from the submission made on behalf of both the parties that the order passed by the Court has been complied with substantially. 4. The Pradhan has already considered the objection filed by the petitioner and passed a reasoned 2 order and forwarded the same to the Sub- Divisional Officer, Baruipur for taking further necessary steps. 5. It will be open for the petitioner to follow up the matter with the Sub-Divisional Officer, Baruipur. 6. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the Pradhan, then it will be open for the petitioner to challenge the same before the competent forum in accordance with law. 7. The contempt application stands disposed of. 8. The documents filed by the learned advocate for the alleged contemnor in Court today be retained with the records. 9. All parties shall act on the basis of a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. 10.
