JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER In this petition, petitioner seeks the following reliefs: “a) To direct the respondent No.1 to 3 to consider Representations dated 06.02.2024, 07.02.2024 and 06.02.2024 to repatriate service of the petitioner vide Annexures – E, F and G. b) Issue such other appropriate writ or order or direction as this Hon’ble Court deems fit under the circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity.” 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents and perused the material on record. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that his representations at Annexures – E, F and G dated 06.02.2024, 07.02.2024 and 06.02.2024, respectively, submitted to the respondents have not been considered so far by the respondents nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:14104 WP No. 14905 of 2024 circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court by way of present petition. 4. Per contra, learned counsel for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is given, the respondents would consider and pass necessary order on the said representations. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the concerned respondents are hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioner and consider his representations at Annexures – E, F and G dated 06.02.2024, 07.02.2024 and 06.02.2024, respectively and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
