Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that the enquiry proceedings will be completed within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4. Recording the above submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to complete the enquiry proceeding in Na.Ka.No.6850/2025/A7 dated 18.08.2025 on the basis petitioner's explanation / objection dated 24.08.2025 and 16.09.2025, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
