Since it is a jumped out bail this Court cannot grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The petitioner ought to submit warrant recall application before the concerned Trial Court. On such submission, the Trial Court is directed to consider the same and while considering the same the Trial Court shall take into account the facts of the case. 4.
