The petitioner is praying for settlement, but as per the report, the order, as contained in Annexure – 4 to the writ petition, suggests that it is a raiyati land. A raiyati land cannot be settled to any person. 4. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain the present writ petition. Accordingly, the same is, hereby, disposed of. 5.
